These colouring sheets, transformed into postcards, were distributed across local businesses. Serving as a free, heartfelt gesture, they offered a way to connect with loved ones during times when travel restrictions prevented intercity or interstate visits. Brighten Up Wagga encouraged community solidarity during unprecedented times.

2020 was one of the hardest and most unpredictable years for everyone around the world (we’re looking at you drought, bushfires and global pandemic health crisis). As a way of reaching out to the community, the team at Visit Wagga Wagga decided to pump up the bright, with the campaign ‘Brighten Up Wagga’.

Partnering with Visit Wagga Wagga we created a colouring sheet that was uniquely Wagga Wagga themed, from native botanicals and animals to attractions and things to do, we tried to include as much as possible.

The colouring sheet was made into a postcard and placed in business’s around town. They were free and were to be used as a way to reach out to friends and family during the times we weren’t allowed to travel intercity or state.
